Do I need to install anything on my computers?
No. LAVORA runs 100% in the browser. You only need an internet connection. The POS also works on tablets and touchscreen terminals, with no local installations.
Can I migrate my data from another program?
Yes. We import your customers, products, historical invoices and opening balances from Excel or other ERPs. On Enterprise plans we accompany you in an assisted migration.
Do you offer team training?
The Enterprise plan includes onboarding and team training. Additionally, the entire interface is designed to be intuitive and our help videos cover the most common tasks.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You can export it to Excel/CSV whenever you want and, if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billed period to download everything you need.
