Does LAVORA include AI?
No. LAVORA does not provide or charge for AI. You bring your own API key from your chosen provider (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or other compatible). LAVORA provides the integration layer: over 200 tools from your ERP that any AI can invoke.
Which AI providers are compatible?
Any provider compatible with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or function calling: Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google) and Copilot (Microsoft). If your provider supports external tool calls, it can connect to your ERP.
How much do I pay for AI?
Whatever your provider charges. LAVORA adds no markup or intermediary. You pay your provider directly (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google...) at their rate. The cost depends on the model you choose and your usage volume, and you control it from your provider account.
Is my data secure when using AI?
Yes. Before sending any data to your AI provider, the system automatically redacts sensitive information (IBAN, ID numbers, emails) with reversible tokens. Additionally, each tool declares its risk level and critical operations may require human approval. Your data goes to your chosen provider, not ours.
Can I switch AI providers?
Yes, anytime. Just change your API key in LAVORA settings. No commitment, no penalty. Your key, your decision, your cost.
What about OCR for invoices and receipts?
